Healthy Eats For a Spring Break Bod'



OH MY GOSH YOU GUYS ITS BEEN FOREVER!!! Last week I was taken out by something viral (thought I had the stomach flu but tested negative) and could barely do anything for week. I never get sick like that but wow it was awful. Anyways, sorry for not posting for a week but I did post some on Instagram which you should definitely follow me on because I post frequently (@apinchofbrunette)!

Okay on to the post! Since spring break is coming up for most of us that means a lot of beach vacations are coming up which equals swimsuits... *insert terrified emoji here*. Maybe you happen to live somewhere where you are always bikini ready because of nice weather but I know that is not the case for most of us. In today's post I thought I would share some healthy recipes with you guys to hopefully help you feel more confident on vacation! Mind you, these are not original recipes I will just be linking to them :)

1. Chocolate Peanut Butter Overnight Oats 
These are perfect for a quick and filling breakfast!

2. Chicken Pineapple Stirfry
I make this at least once a week! It is also guy approved!!

3. Homemade French Fries
This is a super easy way to feel like you're "cheating" but it is good for you! Pair this with a turkey burger and you're good to go!

4. Citrus Avocado Salad
SUCH an easy lunch option! Also, the Vitamin C from the citrus with help so much with all the bugs going around right now!

5. Stuffed Sweet Potatoes
This recipe can easily be made vegan or not and is so filling!
