HOW TO LOOK PUT TOGETHER IN 5 MINUTES

Romper (old, similar linked) // Necklace (literally just got it at Target but can't find online) // Sandals

Happy Wednesday everyone! Sorry for Monday's rushed blog post (I talked about the CUTEST date night look) my planning was of course not the best! When I was uploading these pictures I actually thought this could be a really cute 4th of July look just in case you need some extra inspo! Last week I shared my actual 4th of July outfit which you have to check out because the watermelon print is too cute!!

ANYWAYS, the point of this post is to share a few thoughts that I have on looking put together/cute easily and effortlessly in as little time as possible. We all want to look stylish right? But in the summer, when it's a zillion degrees out, it can be tricky. No one wants to layer on a million things to achieve a put together look when its hot out and you have places to be and people to see! That's why I love the elements of this outfit; super simple yet it looks like I've tried. What could be better!?

Rompers (or a dress) are so easy to throw on in the summer! Find one with a little detail, like pom poms, to add a little something and in a pop of color brightens your whole look. By finding a romper/dress with these elements will make it so simple to look put together! Also, instead of wearing just plain ol' flip flops find sandals with straps, studs, ties, bows, just something to add a little pazazz while still sticking in the neutral family so you can wear them with lots of outfits!!

Lastly, I'm not a jewelry person, just scroll through my blog posts and you'll see in most of them I'm not wearing any jewelry. BUT I've realized jewelry is such an easy way to elevate your outfit without that much effort! All I'm wearing here is ONE necklace but I think it really steps up my outfit and makes me look instantly more put together. Find a piece of jewelry that is statement (in your opinion b/c everybody is different!) because that way you don't have to layer a bunch, you can just stick with one piece. This necklace is a pop of color and contrasts my romper; it also has tassels which I think makes this look extra fun!

Okay well there ya go! I hope this makes up for Monday's super short post lol. I had so much fun with this look and coming up with ways to look put together and cute quickly! Hope you enjoyed!

XOXO, Maddy
