The Workout Celebs Love (+ me too!)



It's hump day! We are half way through the week!! Today I wanted to share something fitness related that I've become OBSESSED with. Meet Simone De La Rue; she created Body By Simone. She incorporates dance with strength training and even though I haven't taken an in person class, only online, I can tell you it gets you sweating bullets.

Okay quick little story... I love to dance so much, I danced for a bit when I was younger but didn't love it THAT MUCH to make it everything but I still love dancing. This past Friday night my friends and I were having a wine night and we turned on some throwbacks and I danced my heart out. Sounds cheesy? Probably but it was fun. I had seen Simone on different celeb Instagram's (in particular Lea Michele) and decided to go on youtube to see if any workouts of her's were online. They were!! There is actually quite a few of her FULL LENGTH workouts none of that 5 minute show you a move for a split second and move on crap.

So I gave one a try. 

And I did another one today! It was only 35 minutes but I was LITERALLY sweating my face off. She has classes that are solely dance cardio and others incorporate strength moves as well. I love getting some strength moves in to know I'm really building some muscle but I love that the cardio is dance! Dancing is a great work out but doesn't feel like your normal boring cardio. You can actually let loose and have fun!

Oh I should mention she has trained Chrissy Teigen and Martha Hunt... Yep MODELS. Plus lots more celebs!
