5 Workouts You Can Do At Home

Happy hump day lovelies! How's everyone doing on their new year's resolutions/goals?

I feel like a lot of us probably have "workout more" as a goal for 2018 but if you read my Let's Talk Goals post you know it should be more specific than that! Anyways, getting your body moving more throughout the week is a great goal but it can be hard to keep up. Who doesn't love a good 60 min sweat sesh with a trainer and others to motivate you!? Classes are great ways to keep yourself motivated and moving throughout the year.

BUUUTTTT what happens when you don't have the time or energy to drive somewhere and spend an hour working out??? At home workouts are the perfect way to get a solid workout in while being very efficient. I know a lot of you may be thinking you can't get a good at home workout in but trust me you can. I personally like to follow videos instead of just telling myself to do certain exercises because I'm more likely to try harder.

I'm going to share with you 5 workouts you can do in the comfort of your own home! The best part is that you can throw on whatever clothes you want and your hair can be as messy as ever!

5 Workouts You Can Do Anywhere

1. Tone It Up

I've been doing Tone It Up on and off since high school and I don't think I could ever completely give it up. They have DVDs, Youtube videos and an app! Also, every week they put out a workout schedule that you can follow along to.

2. Popsugar Fitness

Popsugar fitness is a newer fitness obsession for me but I've really enjoyed their Youtube channel. What I love most about their videos is the extremely wide variety of workouts (and times) they provide!

3. Yoga With Adriene

I LOVE Adriene's yoga videos!! Any kind of yoga or issue you have she has a video for it. She has more "workout" yoga videos but she also has very calming and easy yoga practices on her channel.

4. Lucy Wyndham-Read

Okay if you need an extremely quick workout or you're a beginner to working out (or just getting back into it) check out Lucy on Youtube! She has 5 minute HIIT workouts that you can repeat as many times as you want and her videos include (mostly) no equipment so their gentle on your body. That being said, her videos will still make you sweat!

5. BBG

Yes I'm including BBG! I know everyone and their mother is talking about it but it really is that good! Now I'm not on the BBG wagon right now but I did it for a solid 5-6 weeks and started to notice serious progress with how my body looked, strength, and endurance. I want to get back into it but am waiting till Monday to start!

Let me know if you try any of these at home workouts!

XOXO, Maddy
