My Favorite Healthy Snacks



Let's talk about one of my favorite topics... food but not any kind of food in general SNACKS. I'll admit it I love snacking I could snack all day long. I know there are some people who say only 3 meals a day and I honestly don't know how they survive, I need at least 5!

Since I need (or want... whatever lol) a lot of food throughout my day I try my best to have healthy snacks throughout the day unfortunately goldfish don't count. I like to eat multiple smaller meals throughout the day because I hate the feeling of eating one massive meal and then having to sit on the couch for hours on end waiting for it to digest, I'm not the most patient person. If eating three big meals though is your deal then by all means go for it but if you're someone who needs a little help between meals here are my recommendations!

Healthy Snack Attack 

1. Almond milk yogurt with granola ( I like Kite Hill!) 
2. Z Bars (tbh I like Cliff Bars better but Kyle prefers these)
3. Apples & peanut butter 
4. Pretzels & hummus (carrots if I'm feeling real healthy)
5. Oat balls (recipe but there's a ton of options)
6. Applesauce 
7. Chips & guac (obvi not Chipotle something a smidge healthier)
8. Smoothie (or smoothie bowl)
9. Date balls (dates blended with cocoa, rolled into a ball)
10. Trail mix
