5 Ways For Self Care



It's almost the weekend!! Since the weekend is right around the corner I thought I would share some ways to express self care. During the week we all get busy and caught up in day to day things so the weekend is the perfect time to take a breather and show yourself some TLC. It doesn't matter if you have a whole day or only 15 minutes our minds and bodies do so much for us so let them take a break!

Ways To Express Self Care 

1. Write down 3-5 things you love about yourself or that you're grateful for
2. Put your phone away while practicing self care
3. Take some time to be outside in nature and the fresh air
4. Listen to uplifting podcasts or read a uplifting book
5. Take 5-30 minutes to do something you always say you're going to do

Self care can be as simple as you make it and doesn't have to take up a lot of time. It is so important we take time to ourselves because then we can put forward our best selves to others.
